1. Overview

Welcome to ATI Cabs. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our cab booking services, including our website and mobile platform. By using our services, you agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. User Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to book a ride.
• Individuals below 18 may use the service only under the guidance of a parent or guardian.

3. Ride Booking & Cancellation

• You can cancel a ride within 15 minutes of booking at no cost.
• After this period, cancellation charges may apply.
• Failure to arrive at the pickup location without canceling may result in a no-show fee which is 50% of the booking value.
• Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation may lead to a charge of up to 50% of the booking value.  
• Once the journey has commenced (after pickup), any cancellation before reaching the destination will attract 100% cancellation charges, and the full trip fare will be payable.

4. Conduct & Responsibilities

• Drivers must adhere to traffic rules and safety standards.
• Any misbehavior by the driver or any other person with the customer/party will not be tolerated, and strict action will be taken against the responsible person.
• In case of any safety breach, misbehavior, or threat, please contact the Rajasthan Police Helpline (112) for immediate assistance and inform ATI Cabs as well.
• Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and maintain proper conduct during the ride.
• Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence will be charged to the passenger.
• Drivers may decline service if a passenger: 

                  -Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs

                  -Behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner

                  -Poses any safety concern

5. Fare & Payments

• Ride charges are based on factors such as distance, duration, and demand conditions.
• Payments must be completed through approved payment methods.
• 100 % payment must be done after pickup.
• Prices may vary during peak hours, holidays, or high-demand situations.
• ATI Cabs reserves the right to revise pricing when necessary.
• Any fare-related issues should be reported within 24 hours of ride completion.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

• ATI Cabs is not responsible for lost or forgotten belongings or any accident claim during the ride.
• We are not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or road conditions.
• Passengers are advised to verify driver identity and vehicle details before starting the ride.
• In case of emergency, users should contact local authorities immediately and then inform ATI Cabs.

7. Suspension & Termination of Accounts

• ATI Cabs may suspend or terminate user accounts in cases of:
  • Any fraudulent or deceptive activity
  • Breach or non-compliance with these terms and conditions
  • Any form of misconduct or unlawful behavior
• Repeated cancellations or misuse of services may also lead to restrictions.
• Users can request a review of suspension by contacting customer support.

8. Safety Measures

• Users are encouraged to share ride details with trusted contacts for safety.
• Any inappropriate behavior or safety concern should be reported immediately.
• ATI Cabs reserves the right to take legal action in serious cases.
• Users to verify vehicle, contact details and name of the drivers before boarding.

9. Ride Changes & Special Requests

• Changes such as additional stops may result in extra charges.
• Requests for special arrangements (e.g., larger vehicles) should be made in advance.
• ATI Cabs cannot guarantee fulfillment of last-minute requests.

10.  Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan

11. Updates to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website.
• Continued use of services after updates implies acceptance of revised terms.
• Users are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
